Shipping times and days 📦

• Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday.
• Orders placed before 11:30 ship the same day, with 24h delivery on the Spanish mainland (48h to the Balearic Islands).
• Portugal and the rest of Europe: delivery in 24-48h.
• Deliveries take place Tuesday to Saturday, always before 13:30.
• Orders placed on Friday after 14:00, Saturday or Sunday ship the following Monday.
• Balearic Islands: shipments take 2 working days. Orders placed after 14:00 on Thursday ship the following Monday.

Shipping costs 🚚

Spanish mainland and Portugal

• Orders under €150: €9.90 shipping.
• Orders of €150 or more: free shipping.

Balearic Islands

• Orders under €200: €18.90 shipping.
• Orders of €200 or more: free shipping.

Rest of Europe

• Orders under €250: €25 shipping.
• Orders of €250 or more: free shipping.
• Remote areas: €60 shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total and delivery address.

Delivery and customer responsibility ⏰

Deliveries take place before 13:30 on the scheduled day. The customer is responsible for being available to receive the order during that window.

If the package cannot be received, Marbl is not responsible for any damage, loss or deterioration resulting from the failed delivery.

Temperature-controlled transport ❄️

All shipments travel by refrigerated, monitored transport, so the cold chain is maintained throughout the journey.

Every order is prepared in line with current food safety regulations and European food transport standards.

Public holidays and non-working days 📅

Delivery times may be affected by national, regional or local holidays, at origin or destination. If a delivery falls on a non-working day, it will be made on the next available working day.

For chilled products, longer transit times can affect optimal storage conditions. Marbl is not responsible for changes resulting from holiday delays, as these are beyond our control.

We recommend checking your order on delivery and contacting us immediately if there is any issue. Our team will assess each case individually to offer the best possible solution.
